Fantastic family-run boutique hotel! The rooms are truly tastefully and elegantly furnished. My room was very quiet, facing the courtyard with green gardens. I loved the Austrian breakfast, the box spring bed, the powerful yet quiet air conditioning and the luxurious bathroom. The city center is easily accessible on foot, and everything you need is nearby (esp. the market place with great food). I will definitely be coming back!

Fairly centrally located between the old city center and the Stadthalle, this comfortable hotel was very good for its price. The thick windows in my third floor room shut out all traffic noise. The air conditioning system was efficient and quiet. Copious breakfast. Very friendly staff.
I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff at this place. I was not staying here, but the Graz tourism center gave them a call and they made it work for me right away. I had a sudden callback for a virtual audition and the location I was staying at went out of electricity. They gave this place a call and the staff immediately agreed to provide a space in the breakfast area to meet my needs, for 30 mins. They checked if I needed anything, if the area would work out, and if there were any other requirements, and for a person who was not their customer! It goes to show the kind of service you provide :).
I want to recognize your staff for being so gracious and willing to help immediately- (I also want to thank the person who agreed on the phone with Graz tourism but I'm not sure who they spoke to but thank you!) , and also acknowledge Frau Meiners for her help at the front desk. I stayed in this nice family-run hotel during my business trip in the city. The stay was very pleasant, the staffs are very friendly & helpful, the room is nice and cosy, very near to popular shopping area & tourist attractions, and there are plenty of nice restaurants around.
Nice hotel located near the Jakominiplatz and at walking distance from the old city area. The service was excellent although the rooms lacked a bit of practical design.
